Standard Delivery Details

UK Delivery-
We aim to deliver all items with a United Kingdom address within 5 working days after we receive your order, stock permitting. When this is not possible for whatever reason we will email or call you to discuss how we plan to fulfil your orders.

Rest of the World Delivery-
We aim to deliver all items to overseas addresses within 5-10 working days after we receive your order stock permitting. When this is not possible for whatever reason we will email or call you to discuss how we plan to fulfil your orders.

Next day delivery-
at an extra cost of £10 for the UK (mainland only), Guarantees delivery of your order next working day and requires a signature. Orders placed on Friday before noon will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after noon will be delivered on Tuesday.

Items out of stock-
you will be offered an alternative or asked if you are prepared to wait for the item to be back in stock. You will only be charged postage once per order, even if we sent it out in more than one parcel.

Payment-
your credit card will only be charged after your goods have been dispatched.
