Returns Policy

• Any return must be made within 30 days of receipt.
• We are prepared to make an exchange or refund providing the goods are returned with all reasonable care.
• HAINES & BONNER Ltd will not accept responsibility for lost return parcels and will not refund return/exchange postage costs unless the item is faulty.  When returning items we stronly recommend you obtain a free "receipt of postage" from the post office.
• Please note that refunds bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser and that if you decide to exchange an item, the purchaser will automatically be informed.
