A contract between the customers and HAINES & BONNER Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyers credit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched, plus delivery charges where appropriate), and the goods have been accepted. This does not affect the customers statutory rights.

Our goods are provided to customers on the basis that title will not pass until a period of 30 days has elapsed since the items were dispatched. These terms apply regardless of the method of payment used in relation to the goods.

We accept most major credit cards, please refer to our Credit card accepted list.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen - please refer to our returns policy below. A delivery charge will be added to your order value, please see Delivery times and charges.

Our website will endeavour to display all items in our current range. We try to hold stock of all styles and sizes, whilst a product is in the range. However, occasionally, an item maybe out of stock. The stock status will also be displayed on your order confirmation.

Goods purchased via this site can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of dispatch, for whatever reason. We want you to be completely satisfied, see our note for more details on Returns.

We reserve the right to request Proof of Identification in order to reduce the fraudulent use of credit cards.

Every effort is made on this site to ensure that shopping on-line is safe and secure, but we cannot be responsible for fraudulent use of a lost or stolen credit card.
